Engineers - All Levels/Disciplines

General Description:

MTG is seeking engineers from all disciplines across all experience categories with a history of supporting shipyards and on US Government shipbuilding programs.   Disciplines include Naval Architects, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical engineers.  

General Duties:

Develop engineering and other technical products in support of our customer's shipbuilding programs.  

Minimum Requirements

• US Citizen with or ability to obtain a US security clearance

• Bachelor of science in engineering 

• 0-5  years of experience working with shipyards on US Government programs (Engineer I)

• 5+ years of experience working with shipyards on US Government programs (Engineer II)

• 10+ Years of experience working with shipyards on US Government programs (SR Engineer)

• A PE or an advanced degree in engineering, business or other related field a plus and can be used as a substitute for years of experience

• Experience with customer relationship management, business development and program management a plus for senior level positions

• Entry level applicants will be considered if they have undergrad industry experience.

• Ability to travel to shipyards and Hampton Roads area occasionally a plus
